You might be able to get recent emails back by calling 1-800 comcast.  By recent I mean emails you received in the past couple of days only.  The rest of them are gone permanently.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X

Have you checked your Email Deletion Schedule in XfinityConnect?

To do:

Open XfinityConnect
click on PREFERENCES on the black bar in the PREVIEW window
Click on the Email icon
Now you will see all youir email preferences..
Scroll down to the EMAIL DELETION SCHEDULE and see how many days each Folder shows for when email ion the folder)s) are automatically deleted.

While there, change to the number of days you want for each folder.

Does the number of days you have explain the missing email or not?
