For the last week or so I have to attempt to sign into Xfinity to check email two times. The first time the entire site becomes unresponsive. I need to completely exit the comcast page and start all over. The second time it works. This is extremely frustrating and is tempting me to change internet providers.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
