I have searched and searched for a setting to change this. If I open my sent folder all emails show my name NOT who I sent them to. Its just been 2 weeks or so that I began using this newer version and It's driving me crazy.
Unfortunately, the new format has no provision for what you are describing. The old one does. So the only way is to open the message and look at the header.
It sounds like you are in Conversation View.
You can easily turn on or off Conversation View by following the instructions on the FAQ located here - https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/apps/faq/index.html#turnOffConversationView
Thank you for the screen shot. I'm sorry you are having such issues. This is not expected behavior. I have asked my team to look at why this is happening on your account.
Ok, looking at the picture further, I have two questions.
1. Do you use more than one client to send your email? For example do you use the webmail and a client on your phone or computer?
2. Can you send me a test message so I can check how your headers are formed? I'll DM you an email address.
Just wanted to follow up in the thread that signing out and back in seems to have solved the issue for you.
