Sent emails

In the past two days when I send an email and try to pull it up in the "sent" folder, the sent email doesn't show the recipients name but shows "no recipients".  The subject is empty.  When I try to open the sent email, it opens to a screen that says "there is no content in this email".  However, my recipients do receive the emails.  I was on the phone with Comcast for an hour and a half today and they couldn't resolve.  I had to leave for appointment so they gave me a call back number to call tomorrow.  Very frustrating!!!!  Anyone have any ideas?  Thank you!
