Send test email message: The server responded: 421 resonators.mys.co

Send test email message: The server responded: 421 resonators.mys.co

I get this on the test account button on set up...using 110, 587....If I try to send an email it is usually 10 tries before it will go out....Outlook 10, win, 10....Gmail has no problems and I have no problems with receive..Thanks in advance...

Thank you for your reply...I have worked for 30 years with computers, micros to main frames..My email was set up fine..What it turned out to be was some issue with Outlook PSt...I tried about  100 different things over the weeks this has been going on. MY send would never work but my receive always worked... In any event I finally found this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929852/guidance-for-configuring-ipv6-in-windows-for-advance... and selected the tool to use ipv4 over ipv6 at the bottom of the page and ran the downloaded CAB and voila...
