Search box

When I am on my home page and type a subject into the search box, I get another blank search box and the very bottom black portion that has all the info on the company, contact info, what you want to do ect.... Covers almost the whole screen except the bars on top and the search bar and I have to re-type what it was I was searching for before I get the info searched.

Re: Search box

Try clearing out your browser's cache and browsing history.  Then close it out an restart it in a fresh session.

Re: Search box

Thanks but it didnt work.  It still looks exactly like it is going to the web site list for what I had asked for except the contents are blank.  everything at the top looks as it should with a blank info page and the  black page from the bottom of the home page is very wide and takes up approx 2/3  of the site page.

Re: Search box

Are you using the Xfinity homepage?  Are you referring to the Google enhanced search box there?  Does the same thing happen if you use your browser's address/search field?

Re: Search box

Yes and Yes.  Using another browser/search field does not do this.  My husbands also is having this happen.  Do you know why this is happenig?

Re: Search box

You didn't say what browser you are using.  Do you have the latest version of it?  Which one are you using?  If it doesn't happen with a different browser, that tells me the issue is likely with the first one.
