The images you posted might be visible to employees and experts, but to everyone else they look like this:

That can happen when the images are uploaded to a folder (Album) which is Hidden instead of Public. You can check at http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/media/gallerypage/user-id/6607361/tab/albums.

Thanks for replying.  I never opened the link.  Seen this type of phishing scam before.  It was so obvious it made me laugh.
