Saved Files Disappeared

For the second time in the last two years, my "saved" folders have disappeared.  I have not deleted them!  Has anyone had this happen with their Comcast account?  The first time, I spent hours on the phone with Comcast and they couldn't help me.....

Re: Saved Files Disappeared

To the left of "My folders" there should be an arrowhead.  If you click on it do the folders reappear?

Re: Saved Files Disappeared

Happens to me on an annual basis. Now I download those that are important and save in a folder on the computer. I thought maybe it was because my folders were dated but it didn't seem to make a difference.
