Same problem, very slow the last few days, today can't get in.... I HATE COMCAST

I can not get email, all sorts of messages. Has been slow last couple of days and now CONNECTION ERROR. BAD GATEWAY . and when you call them you can't get through and yes I restarted my modem, duh . THEN YOU HAVE TO CALL FOR A CREDIT.  THEY CHARGED ME 60.00 FOR A SERVICE CALL WHICH I DID NOT HAVE AND ANYWAY I HAVE THE SERVICE CONTRACT.  A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T LOOK AT THEIR BILLS AND COMCAST GETS THE MONEY.  UGH UGH UGH
