Safari does not recognize new mailbox

Safari does not recognize new mailbox

How can I get new user name recognized by Safari? Created another user name on my xfinity.com email account but it does not show on my Safari mailbox list.

Safari is a browser.  What mailbox list are you referring to?  Are you using Mac Mail or what?

Problem is apparently solved. Someone at Comcast upgraded my modem software and now Safari recognizes the new mailbox. Thanks for your concern.
