SSL error

SSL error

I am getting an ssl error when I try to log into my business email account from home via rcn webmail site.  I do not have a virus. I have spent at least 6 hrs on the phone with comcast technicians who do not know what this and cannot help me, but each time I call I have to start all over again. A techinician came to my house but he said "I have never seen that before, cant help you".  He suggested I call comcast IT, which I did, was told 2 times now someone would call me back and never did.  I see other comments about this saying to disable "eset 5"?  I dont know what that is. I am using windows 8.  I have tried downloading Chrome and Firefox and the problem continues.  Thanks
