SPAM from my own email address

SPAM from my own email address

About every month myself and six other people get an email from me that I did not send. A ll my systems are protected by Kaspersky which is up to date and running all the time.

I've searched everything in my computer but found nothing related to it.

Below is an attached file of which I deleted all the personal email addresses as advised.

 

Any thoughts would be helpful.
