Who do I contact to get my email Inbox restored?? The contents were inadvertently deleted...

If YOU accidentally deleted email from your a Inbox, do this.

 

open XC and RIGHT CLICK on the Trash Folder. Click on RECOVER DELETED MESSAGES.

A WINDOW OPENS SHOWING YOU THE MOST RECENT EMAIL DELETED.

Highlight the email you want back, then click on the small green arrow at the top of that window.

A new window opens where yiu can then move that email back to your Inbox.

This ONLY works with the Full version of XC.

Check your Email Deletion Schedule.  To do:

 

open Xc, then click on Preferences at the top of the window.

Now click on the email icon

A window opens showing yiu all your email settings

Scroll down to the Email Deletion Schedule and open it.

LOOK at the number of days each Folder is set to when it automatically deletes all email from the Folder.

While there, make any changes you wish to make to each Folder.  For example, yiu might want to change TYE number of days for the Inbox to NEVER.

 

Does this explain the missing email?

 

Yiu can try calling 1-800 comcast, but I highly doubt that they can recover older email.  Once sent to your Inbox, they are discarded  from the server.
