Re: Resolving host

Try using a different browser and see if the same thing happens.

Re: Resolving host

I usuallyuse Google Chrome.  Went back to FireFox because never had this problem before.  But now FireFox is even slower than Chrome.  Using WIN7 Pro on Dell machine with Xfinity WiFi.  Have googled the problem but I don't know enough about computers to understand what they want  me to try.  What I know is I have a 10 to 30 second  (usually 30) every time I access a different website.  This started 'out of the blue' without me having made any major changes to the computer.  Thanks for the help.

In either Chrome or Firefox, try clearing your history/cache.  Then close it out and restart it in a fresh session.

Re: Resolving host

Thanks.  Cleared Goiogle and will uninstall Firefox.  For now it's greatly improved.   If that changes, will let you know.   Thanks again.
