Remove IP from blacklist

I frequently send emails between my work email (webmail which integrates through Outlook on my desktop) and my hotmail account, but a couple months ago my messages from my work email to my personal hotmail account (or other people's hotmail accounts) haven't been going through. Instead I receive a bounceback message. I checked with my webmail host and they determined that the IP address (67.171.237.116) is blacklisted and needs to be removed from the blacklist. Please advise, thanks!

Comcast security should be able to help with this-----------------------
