Re: how to delete folder in e-mail

How can I delete an empty, unused email folder?  I do not have SmartZone.  Why is it so difficult to find out something so basic?  Thanks for your help.

Re: how to delete folder in e-mail

The old Comcast email was Smartzone. You posted in a very old thread. Which version of Xfinity Connect do you use? To check: Click on Preferenec in XC, than on General. See whic Bo's is ticked. Post back which one you use and we can tell you how to delete that folder.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Assuming it's a folder you created, right-click on it.  You will get a small menu, and one of the options is to delete it.
