How do you disconnect Firefox to get xfinity?

Hi salley15, you can simply remove the Firefox browser from your equipment or you can use another browser to stream our content like Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.

Re: Firefox won't connect to xfinity

Xfinity employee suggested removing Firefox to fix the fact that its Web does not work with that browser.

This is a terrible solution for a provider that claims to understand IT.

What is a better solution to work with Mozilla products?

Sometimes (but seldom) the Xfinity site works in some of its links.

Other times it freezes up the browser.

This is not acceptable.

I have Mozilla Firefox and it works just fine with the Comcast products.  Try clearing cache and browsing history and restarting it.  You should also make sure you are updated to the latest version of Firefox.  Right now they are up to v59.0.2
