FYI my comcast email does not work either.  I get a Java error so please respond to this fourm or my personal email in my account.

This is the email error:

 

HTTP Status 500 - Request processing failed; nested exception is java.lang.NullPointerException

Hi cbraisted_81 -- I had a look at your account in regards to this On Demand and Email issue. I can have a new box sent to you as requested however I would recommend a tech for this issue. CL-0x000f indicates a communication issue with the On Demand server. Your account health showed multiple out of spec signal levels that would cause this. A new box may have the same issues as your current one due to these issues.

 

For your email, when do you see that error? Does it let you sign in at all?
