Why is there no longer a sort by sender feature????? Without it, it makes sorting quite ... time consuming, annoying, frustrating, a serious task...!!!

Assuming you are using the default Full version of Xfinity Connect----------at the top of the message list in the Inbox page, right-click anywhere in the grey area to the right of "Sorted by:"  You should see this----------------

Select "Sor by From" to list messages by Sender.
