Having the same issue, however, my secondary account doesn't even show up under Accounts anymore.

Hi, dwhite021329 - Please try to access your email and go to Settings -> Accounts - If you don't see your secondary email - click Add; if you see it - click Edit and update the password. If you still won't be able to see your emails - send me a private message with your name and phone number.

Already done awhile ago, did it with a Comcast rep on chat, this time someone who knew what they were doing apparently. The account had to be added back to my account (it went away during this new email formatting). The only thing now is I am unable to add the secondary to my primary email to have them all in once place. This chat rep told me that is no longer possible, which I don't believe. Now I have to log into each email account separately.

It is possible.  Are you trying to add the secondary under "Add mail account" in the folder pane?  If so, exactly what happens when you try it?

I've added it but nothing comes through when I refresh.

Can you see the account in that "Add account" section?  If so, click on the little arrowhead to the left of it and wait maybe 10 or 12 seconds.  Does anything appear?

I already did that awhile ago. The secondary mail box is there, just nothing every comes in in when I refresh. I'm not wasting a lot of energy on it right now, Comcast messed around with my accounts while they were updating their email. I don't appreciate it, but I have other things to do...like move my email elsewhere....little by little Comcast products and services are going away for me.
