What is the Internal Reputation Service? I just tried to send an Email to an Embarqmail address and received a rejection and the message about being blacklisted. What does this mean? I notice that someone else from the Winchester, VA area is having the same problem. Will Comcast take care of this problem? or is the problem with Embarqmail?
