Protected Browsing set to OFF, still can't load web page

Protected Browsing set to OFF, still can't load web page

Hello, I set protected browsing to OFF, but still can't load msn.com. I cleared cache, restarted browser (this is IE), to no avail. I can open msn.com in Edge. How can I make it work in IE? Thanks!

I just tried on my Windows 10 laptop, and I can't get straight to the MSN homepage using IE either.  But it works fine if I use Chrome.  I'm thinking it has to do with IE slowly sinking into the sunset?

It loads for me in IE on a Windows 10 laptop. I have the new Creators Update, and protected mode on.
