Problem with "TO:" list when forwarding email

I developed a problem with my "TO:" list for forwarding emails.  It is automatically being populated with the addresses of additional persons to whom a group email has been sent.  My list is growing daily, and I have no idea how to correct this.  The new email addresses do NOT show up in my address book so I can delete them.  How do I fix this problem?  Thanks.

You can't fix it yourself.  It is a known issue right now that seems to have started recently-----------------------------

So far, I am unable to duplicate this myself.
