Printing from email

Printing from email

When I go to print an email, instead of the screen that appears that should give me the option to "PRINT" or "CANCEL, it gives me the option to "SAVE" or CANCEL".

 

I've made certain that the drivers have been installed correctly.  Is there a way to correct this?

Are you trying to print from webmail or an email client?  What browser are you using?  When did this start?
