Phishing?

Phishing?

On Facebook today, I got a pop-up ad supposedly from Comcast, address was walmart.gift.card.today-lucky-user.info saying "Dear client Comcast Cable Communications inc, congratulations!  We would like to thank you for your loyalty to Comcast Cable Communications inc, and thus we offer you an exclusive chance to get an Walmart $1000 Gift Card today - November 05 (Sunday), 2017  All you have to do is choose the correct gift box.  Good luck!"  Then there is a box to click that says OK.  I'm very suspicious of this, and did not click OK, but wanted you to be aware that this is happening.

Re: Phishing?

I would call Comcast to see if it's legit or not.  You can report phishing scams here-----------------

You can call Comcast security here----------------

Almost certainly a scam. See https://corporate.walmart.com/privacy-security/fraud-alerts/ and https://www.snopes.com/inboxer/nothing/walmart.asp.
