Outlook email downloading

Outlook email downloading

Old emails by the hundreds are downloading from the server to my home Outlook account. This slows substantially receipt of new emails.  Comcast agent has been unable to identify a solution.

Your account is syncing.  Log onto Comcast mail account, online. create another folder.  Then move everything from your inbox to that other folder, then that point forward, you will only sync what is in your inbox
