I've lost all of my emails when I installed outlook 2016. The help forum helpfully asked "Do you mean Outlook 2014?"

No, I don't/didn't and there is no help on this forum for Outlook 2016. I had to uninstall Office 2010 before I could install the 64-bit version. I was relying on Outlook to leave mail folders intact in the User accounts. It doesn't, and I have yet to retrieve Carbonite files.

BIGGER ISSUE: I have a small business which I monitor and although I know and am using the right password, everytime I log in to Outlook on my account, a window opens to retrieve the emails for the second account. The window dissapears for 5-10 seconds, then comes back, repeatedtly.

After several attempts with no connection, I cancel the window, and I'm not seeing any of the mail in the secondary account (on Comcast as well, same account, mine.)...

Any way to get Outlook 2016 to find and connect to my "other" local email? Any way to get the proper password to work for the second IMAPI account?
