Outlook 2007

I cannot get new email on my laptop.  I have outlook 2007 with Windows 10.  With Comcast rep heIp,  I reconfigured outlook on my mobile devices and lapto.   I'm still not receiving email on my laptop, but, I am getting email on my iPad and iPhone.  Comcast advised me to contact Microsoft Customer service, which I did, but they won't help unless I pay big bucks for the service.  Any suggestions?

Check to make sure your iPad or iPhone isn't set to delete messages from the server.  Also, as a test, check Outlook on your laptop before having any messages downloaded to your iPad or iPhone.  If your laptop gets the messages then the messages are being deleted by either your iPad or iPhone.
