Outgoing email - with different name not associated with my account

I recently sent an email out and when I checked the sent message the message said it was from someone else.  Has anyone else reported this issue?

When did this start showing up?  In the last couple of days, or longer?  There was a problem nation wide with email Feb 7th that has now been fixed.

IF your email settings show correctly for the name that will be in your emails, I strongly advise that if not correct, to immediately change your password. 

To change your password, go to the homepage, scroll down to almost the bottom and look for QUICK LINKS.  Click on RESET MY PASSWORD.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
