Ordered tickets and instead of using .net at end of email used .com inadvertently. anyway to retrieve confirmation of ticket purchase

I purchased tickets on line and when i entered my email address I inadvertently entered .com instead of .net. Is there anyway to retrieve the confirmation letter for the purchase of my tickets?

You will need to contact the ticket vendor directly... when they send it out, it will most likely get returned but that does not mean they will resend using a different email address unless the purchaser has contacted them.


The Support Forums are "public" forums and you should not post identifiable information - (full name, account number, address, phone numbers & email addresses).  Users of these forums are Comcast customers, the same as you & me and volunteer their time to assist with the issues and/or problems that you may be experiencing.
