ORGANIZING EMAIL TO FOLDERS

I can't move any emails to folders. havent been able to do this for a while now. Bottom left of page shows the word "loading", but that side remains empty.. NOt having any problems anywhere else so it has to be you guys.. When are you guys going to fix this?!!!

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way.

I'm having this same problem. Ever since the email program change I can no longer access my folders except to add to them but I can't retreive any old emails already stored there. Changed over to chrome but that didn't help. Getting frustrated. Comcast "tech support" doesn't have a clue.
