Not receiving some emails

Not receiving some emails

I'm receiving most emails just fine, but for some reason I'm not receiving emails from one specific source. I even tried having a friend forward emails that were from that same source and I didn't receive them. Other emails from her I receive just fine.  How do I remedy this?  It makes me wonder what other emails I may not be receiving. Thanks for any support you can provide.

Comcast Security Assurance blocks some emails for all sorts of odd reasons and might be able to help you with this. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
