Not receiving some emails and they are not in spam

Not receiving some emails and they are not in spam

I am not recieving some emails from a certain email address.

 

This just cost me $500 because I did not receive an email about tickets. They say they show that the email was delivered but that I haven't opened it. It is not in my inbox or spam folder.

 

Please help me resolve this so I don't have this issue going forward.
