Not receiving group email

Hi, I am trying to figure out why I am not receiving group emails from a friend. I get the replies from other recipients, just not the original.

It's not in spam or trash. Note: Anytime I check my spam folder, it is always empty. Thanks!

Check your settings in webmail. Make sure that "Enable spam filtering" and "Save a copy of emails marked as spam" are both selected. Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's address or domain----------------
