Not receiving emails on secondary email account

I have a secondary email account that I give out for when you need to add an email when placing orders and such.  I realized I have not been getting new emails for quite some time now, and I have placed some new orders, I was looking for information on.  Seems there is an issue in getting external mail.  It is not effecting my primary account, but I need someone to help me receive the messages so I can clean it up and collect my new order info

First thing to try--------send yourself an email at the secondary account from some other non-Comcast account you have like Yahoo, or Gmail or something else.  Does it go through OK?  If not--------------------------

 

Check to see if your "Safe List" has become enabled.  If you are still on the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>Email Safe List.  If you are on the new format, on the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then on Settings>>>>>Mail>>>>>>Advanced Mail Settings>>>>>Email Safe List.  If it is enabled, nothing will get to your Inbox unless you had put the contact on that list.  So if it is, turn it off.

I did not get a rejection when I tried to send an email to the account from a gmail account.

OK but did the email get through?  If not, did you check the Safe List?
