Not receiving email or SPAM.

I usually have lots of email and spam, but it all stopped on July 1. My wife just sent me an email to see if there was a problem and her email did not show up in my in box. I sent her an email and she did receive it. So I can give, but not receive email. Help.

Check your "Email Safe List" setting under Users & Preferences / (username) / Email Settings at https://customer.xfinity.com/Secure/UserSettings. This option sometimes gets turned on when it should be off. If you can't find the "Email Safe List" setting you'll need to log in with the Primary user ID.

 

Is the problem happening with their Xfinity Connect webmail, an email program, or an app on a mobile device, or all of the above?

Yes, the SafeList is enabled.
