Not receiving e-mail

I am dealing with a company "It Works" - They have sent me several e-mails and I have not received any.  They said that Comcast is stopping them as spam.  They are not even in my spam folder.  They are regarding my account and orders.  How do I get these e-mails?

Set up a free G-MAIL account and receive them there.

Barbie's advice is good. But if you want to pursue this, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help you, if you can get past the resistance the first-line reps put up. Please call them at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support/contacts#s5_nav).
