Not receiving certain emails

I'm not receiving certain emails while others, Facebook notifications, ads, are getting through. I'm using an iMac with plenty of RAM, Safari (latest version) and have all spam filters turned off. Thanks for any thoughts.

Call Comcast security and ask if there are any blocking issues for the sender's domains that you are not getting-------------------
