Not receiving certain email

Not receiving certain email

Any one know how to get back receiving email from certain domains?  I believe these may have been marked as spam at some point but are now being blocked permainently.  Even if i go to the domain and sign up with my comcast email again I still do not get them, I have even added them to my address book.  They are not showing up in my Spam folder either so I can not mark them as not spam.  A couple of examples are best buy and costco, I like receiving their email deals.

 

Any idea how to fix this?  I have already tried disabling the spam filter in email preferences.

First, Comcast does not scan your address book to determine who is a legitimate sender.  You need to call Comcast security to see if there is a blocking issue with the domains in question-----------------
