Not receiving Gigabyte's email

Trying to sign up with Gigabyte's customer service for submitting a warranty. At the end of the registration it says they sent login info but I've not received it. Waited about an hour to see if it's just delayed but still nothing.

Did you check to see if it wound up in your Spam folder?  If it's not that, then call Comcast security to see if there is a blocking issue with the sender's domain------------------
