Not receiving ANY emails at all (and I usually receive around 100 per week)

Not receiving ANY emails at all (and I usually receive around 100 per week)

I"m not receiving emails and I think, from what I can tell, that I haven't received ANY emails in about 2 weeks, possibly longer. What's the likely cause?

Check your "Email Safe List" setting under Users & Preferences / (username) / Email Settings at https://customer.comcast.com/Secure/UserSettings. This option sometimes gets turned on when it should be off. If you can't find the "Email Safe List" setting you'll need to log in with the Primary user ID.

If that's OK, what happens if you send a test email to yourself? Does it send? Do you receive it?

Heah thanks! Mine was definitely ON and I flipped it to off. Let's see if that helps. Now, how do I get all of those emails I've missed or will they pop up now? About to go check. Thanks again.

Just had someone email me and it's still not showing up even after turning Email Safe list OFF and signing out and signing in again. And to answer your previous question I'm not receiving an email from myself either.

Final update. Seems to be working .... maybe. I just sent myself an email from my work email and it went thru! Not sure why the other email from my wife didn't work.   ??? Thanks a heap!

I followed your directions to get to the email safe list but that wasn't turned on, the email forwarding was turned on to an email address that I do not recognize.  All my emails were going to this unknown address?  That is scary, if I didn't set this up, who did?

A hacker. Immediately change your password (log in to https://customer.xfinity.com/Secure/UserSettings/ ) and run a full malware scan on all your systems. Also, call Comcast Security Assurance and ask them to check over the rest of your account. 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support/). Note that this is NOT one of the regular customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
