Not getting all Comcast Mail in Outlook

Using Outlook 2010 and Windows 7.  I am not getting all my Comcast email in outlook, specifically looks like Mailing Lists are filtered out, and anything that remotely looks like spam. I have my spam filter set on "low" . POP mail, ports are 995 and 465.  In Gmail, I do get all my email, but not in Outlook, or on the Comcast web page, which is bizarre.  Does anyone know how to fix this problem?  I'm at my wit's end.

Some group mails are bounced because they look like spam; you wouldn't see these in your spam box[es], regardless of your settings.  If the group manager is getting the bounce message, they would need to follow the instructions for removing the server from the spam block.  Gmail has different instructions for spam, which is why you'd see group mail there.
