Not all emails going through to Comcast customers

We use a Microsoft Exchange email environment through Office365, and for the past two months some of our users have issues sending to Comcast email accounts. It is not every time, and some users can send email, so we are unsure why all emails are not going through.


We have done extended message traces through Microsoft and have confirmed that the emails in question are all delivered to your IP without a problem. Trying to figure out what happens at that point where the Comcast customer never receives the email. We receive no bounce-back message.


Any feedback or advice is appreciated.
