Not Receiving Emails

I am having difficulties recieving emails to my comcast account.  Nothing appears to be coming through, despite seeing messages on other sites and through other people that they have emailed me.  My spam folder is also empty.

Check to make sure your "Safe List" is not enabled.  If it is, the only emails you will get are from contacts you deleiberately put on that list.  Nothing else will get through.  From the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>Safe List.
