Apparently around December 2016 I stopped receiving emails from Southwest. I've contacted them to get a password reset and didn't get any emails.
Southwest has verified that they have the correct email and have verified that it was sent. I've checked the spam filtering option and other filters and Southwest is not being filtered or sent to spam.
Southwest emails are problematic for some reason, and get rejected as spam sometimes. This has been going on for a while now-------------
I'm going to escalate this for further follow up.
If you have a sample of the message from December, that might be able to help us determine if this is a singular incident, or more widespread.
grohomi, are you using a third party client like outlook or gmail?
