No longer receiving certain email messages

About a month ago, my wife's comcast email account stopped receiving incoming email messages from a variety of wanted sources. For example, she received regular "deals" from Southwest Airlines, CVS Pharmacy and a variety of other places. She also stopped receiving periodic notifications from "SignupGenius" for when our church needs nursery volunteers.

It acts like it is a SPAM issue because she no longer receives messages from these specific sources anymore, even though those sources are using her correct email.

 

I checked her SPAM folder and it was empty. I also checked the Comcast account settings and SPAM filtering is not turned on in Email preferences.

I'm completely stumped. We have confirmed that the email address being used by these wanted services are using the correct email.

 

Any ideas?

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue with any of those sender's domains---------------------
