No internet access

No internet access

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7.  Everything seemed to work ok.  I had internet access and and all programs seemed to work.  Then we powered our computer down and when we turned it back on and tried to access the internet we no longer have internet access yet we can see our comcast modem.  I don't understand.  Was wandering if anyone has had same problem?  I have Apple Ipad and a Microsoft Surface, both can access the internet.
