Re: No incoming Emails

Have you checked to see that the incoming server settings are correct?  Are you able to get incoming mail OK on a computer and browser,  or using the browser on the phone and signing into the account that way?

Re: No incoming Emails

Thanks Latoque

I am able to send and receive Email from any computer and from the browser on my phone but not on my phone only. I can send  but not receive emails.

Incoming settings are POP server (mail.comcast.net) Security type (SSL Accept all certificates) Port (995)

Outgoing settings SMTP server (smtp.comcast.net) Security type SSL Port (465)

Any other suggestions ????

Re: No incoming Emails

It looks like you have a few devices attempting to download your mail.  If you want to isolate which are doing this, try changing your password.  In general, we'd recommend using IMAP unless you truly intend to download them to your own computers.
