No emails in Inbox

I have no emails in my Inbox. I even tried to email myself and nothing shows up. I've restored the system to a previous date but I still get no email. Help.

Are you using only the Comcast webmail on a computer?  If so, check to see that your Safe List isn't enabled.  If it is, nothing will get through except addresses you deliberately put on that list.  From the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>Safe List.  If it's on you need to disable it.  It has been known to get enabled on it's own.
