No email on iPhone 6 Plus after using for 1 1/2 wk just fine

I got a new iPhone 6Plus 2 weeks ago and AT&T transferred all my old stuff to the new phone. Everything worked fine, including my Comcast xfinity Connect email until last Friday, 3/25. All of a sudden, I can't send or receive any email on my new iPhone. I get an "ERROR: Cannot process this request at this time. Please try again later." This started last Friday. I spoke to 3 different Support agents and still can't get it fixed. It sure would be nice to have Support that speak and understand English well! But, regardless, I still can't get my email. Any suggestions from you gurus on an iPhone6Plus and what could be wrong?

Did you try deleting the account from the phone and then re-enabling it from scratch?  Let the phone auto-configure it for you after you put in the ID and password.
